Reared with Regeneration in Mind – and Made for Your Well‑Being
Our cattle are 100% pasture‑fed — no grains, ever — and certified by Pasture for Life. We follow holistic planned grazing (aka Adaptive Multi‑Paddock Grazing), which maximises land rest and encourages diverse, nutrient‑rich pastures for our cattle.
In winter, we bale‑graze outdoors for as long as the land allows, feeding hay in a way that also nourishes the soil. When the ground gets too wet, our cattle are housed for about three months and fed only hay and silage made here on our farm — maintaining a closed nutrient loop.
Our pedigree Aberdeen Angus herd is selected not just for breed, but for regenerative genetics — well-suited to our way of farming. We're certified with OF&G and proud partners in the Shropshire Good Food Partnership.
The Regenerative Health Advantage
The Nutrient Density Alliance of which we are members has found that meat from animals reared on 100% pasture and on land that is managed regeneratively, is packed with beneficial nutrients:
-
Higher levels of omega‑3 fatty acids & improved omega‑6 : omega‑3 ratio, helping to support heart health nutrientdensityalliance.org+3nutrientdensityalliance.org+3nutrientdensityalliance.org+3
-
Elevated conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) — linked to anti‑inflammatory and metabolic benefits nutrientdensityalliance.org
-
More fat‑soluble vitamins A & E, iron, and antioxidants such as phytochemicals, terpenoids and polyphenols — known to support immune function and reduce chronic disease risk
These nutrients stem from microbial-rich soils and diverse pastures — a soil-to-fork chain that enhances both our land’s health and your well-being.
Proof in Outcomes
We undergo annual Ecological Outcome Verification surveys — and each year, our Ecological Health Index score has improved.
