At Planton Farm, we take great care to ensure our meat reaches you in perfect condition. As our products are perishable, we are unable to accept returns if you change your mind after placing an order.

However, if your order does not arrive on time or is damaged in transit, compromising the chill chain, we will refund your order in full. If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, providing details and photos so we can resolve the issue promptly with our courier.
