Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm you are at least the age of majority in the UK (18 years old), or you have given consent for any of your minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our products for illegal purposes or violate any UK laws in your use of the Service.

Any breach of these Terms may result in immediate termination of your access to our Services.

SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse Service to anyone at any time.

Your content (excluding credit card info) may be transferred unencrypted and adapted to technical requirements. Credit card info is always encrypted.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any part of the Service without written permission.

SECTION 3 - PRODUCT INFORMATION & PRICING

All products are described as accurately as possible. Prices and product descriptions may change without notice.

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit quantities of any products
  • Refuse or cancel any order
  • Discontinue any product at any time

All offers on the site are void where prohibited.

SECTION 4 - DELIVERY, SHIPPING & CLICK & COLLECT

We use DPD as our courier for national deliveries. You will receive tracking details when your order ships.

You are responsible for:

  • Providing the correct delivery address
  • Including any safe place instructions at checkout

You do not need to be home for delivery, but must:

  • Ensure the parcel is unpacked and refrigerated on the day of delivery

We are not responsible for spoilage if:

  • Delivery is left in direct sunlight or an unsafe location
  • The box is not unpacked on the day of delivery

If your delivery is damaged or significantly delayed, and the goods are spoiled or unusable, we will offer a refund or replacement. Please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.

Click & Collect Options:

  • You may choose to collect your order directly from Planton Farm, available 7 days a week. Select “Farm Collection” at checkout and we will contact you to arrange a convenient pick-up time.
  • Alternatively, you may collect your order from the Local to Ludlow Producers Market, held in the Market Square, Ludlow, on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month. Select “Ludlow Market Collection” at checkout and we will confirm your collection date and have your order ready at our stall.

National Delivery:

  • National delivery is currently available once per month. All orders are shipped frozen to ensure maximum freshness and quality.

Product Availability:

  • All meat products are now supplied frozen. Fresh chicken is only available when in season and must be ordered through our partner, Primal Meats.

SECTION 5 - PERISHABLE GOODS AND RETURNS

Due to the nature of our products, which include perishable food items, our meat boxes are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period under UK consumer law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).

We cannot accept returns for perishable goods unless:

  • The goods are damaged or spoiled due to courier delay or fault
  • The wrong product was sent

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 24 hours of delivery with any issues.

SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. Please update your details as needed.

We may cancel or refuse orders at our discretion, especially if multiple orders appear linked to the same customer or address.

SECTION 7 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND TOOLS

We may provide access to third-party tools or links. Use of third-party tools or websites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

SECTION 8 - COMMENTS, FEEDBACK & SUBMISSIONS

Any content you submit may be used by us for marketing, improvement, or other purposes without obligation to compensate you.

You must not submit unlawful, offensive, or harmful material. You are solely responsible for your content.
