Our Chicken Stock & Offal Box brings you the full flavor and nutrition of our pasture-raised, organic chickens. Each box is a celebration of nose-to-tail eating.

• Chicken Carcasses & Necks: Perfect for rich, gelatinous broths and stocks.
• Chicken Skin: Adds depth and silkiness to soups or crisps up beautifully for snacks.
• Heart & Liver: Highly nutritious, ideal for pâtés, terrines, or adding a nutrient boost to your favourite dishes. 

Each box contains four carcasses (approx. 600g each), approx. 1.5kg of necks, approx. 1kg of skin and 600g of liver/heart. All packed in small packs for easy portioning at home.
