Clare Hill

Clare Hill is a practising regenerative farmer and the driving force behind Planton Farm in Shropshire. Clare manages the day-to-day running of the farm, overseeing the production and direct sale of pasture-raised, nutrient-dense meat. She leads the Roots to Regeneration Transition Accelerator, supporting farmers and food businesses on their journey to regenerative agriculture.

With over 20 years’ experience across the agri-food sector, Clare works on collaborative projects with farmers and food brands, helping them embed regenerative principles into their operations. Her expertise spans farm transition, business strategy, and hands-on advisory work, always centred on creating resilient, nature-positive food systems.

Clare is a contributing author to Common Treasures (Common Ground, 2024), and a regular speaker at leading food and farming events including the Oxford Real Farming Conference and Groundswell.
